I found this application the other day. It basically is a Twitter client made to look like a spreadsheet to ostensibly give your boss the impression you are working. To be honest, I have not tested the download version, only the web-based one, and I found it to be a little clunky. Or said another way, it works fine, but all the features are not immediately obvious. I am not sure it is ever going to replace an application like Tweetdeck, for example, but for someone who is not supposed to tweet at work but just can’t help it, it may be a good solution.
Also, the interface is available in Mac, Office 2003 and Office 2007, which I thought was clever, just make sure you pick the right one for your office. Just don’t tell your boss that I told you about this when you eventually get caught.
