Please help spread the word! 
We are getting late word that the preview release of Google Wave, expected to be released to 100,000 users sometime on September 30th, will not come with invites for those users to unvite there friends. Rather the users let in tomorrow will have ability to ‘nominate’ up to eight friends who would then be bumped to the front of the line by Google.
Word is that Google is primarily worried about making sure they can scale Wave to large amounts of users. This is why the numbers of users let in will likely be tightly controlled for some time.
