Startup Weekend, a 54 hour, weekend-long event that brings people together to build communities, companies and projects. They currently have open voting on their site to gauge the interest in holding an event for would-be first-time host cities. St. Louis is doing pretty well in the voting, but more help would not hurt.

From what I understand we have the votes now, it's just a matter of time and planning.
