I was on Twitter earlier today, managing some followers, and I was struck by the sheer numbers of users that are just blatant online marketers.
I am not complaining, Twitter is what it is and we are all free to use it how we want. Besides, while we are all not over the top about it, everybody is selling something, right?
I just hope all this marketing doesn’t crowd out the conversation. I am sure some would say it already has.
The other thing I noticed is that a lot of you are not following this site’s Twitter feed @stlsmr. (I need to put a badge on the site somewhere.)
Like I said, we all use Twitter how we like, so if you are aware of it and have decided you don’t want to follow us, that’s fine.
But Twitter is a good way to stay on top of this site, so if you did not know about our feed, there it is. I’d love to connect with you.
