Spread the word! 
In what is a slight variation on a normal theme, Twitter is messed up again this morning. But rather than being completely down this time, it just seems to be stuck.
There has been no official explanation (that I can find) as to what is causing this particular problem, but if I were to speculate I would guess that perhaps it is the flood of tweets talking about Twitter being down that are bogging down the system.
I have sent some, too, it’s ok.
We will keep you posted if we hear anything.
