		<description>I think you have probably hit the nail pretty squarely on the head. But I agree with you. He&#039;s torpedoed himself, he&#039;s torpedoed his employer and most importantly he may have ruined a life. There&#039;s absolutely no excuse for that. He has to go, and go soon, or he&#039;ll drag his employer down with him. It may be too much to ask, but I&#039;d like to see the newspaper try to help the commenter get his job back. That may be the only way they&#039;re going to save their reputation.</description>
