The ladies over at Girl’s Guide to the Galaxy are having a party on August 5th at the Firebird. In addition to just wanting to have a good time, they will also be collecting school supplies and donations for the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
They describe the event as follows:
It’s the middle of summer, and the middle of the week. What better way to celebrate than with the Girls Guide crew? Join us at The Firebird for cheap drinks and good times as we celebrate Midsummer… midweek.
Enjoy $3 well drinks from 6pm until 8pm, music by DJ Cat Pick from KDHX’s “Emotional Rescue” radio show, and a chance to meet other guys and gals from around the city in one of St. Louis’ hoppingest venues. We will also be partnering with the Best Damn Happy Hour for this month’s event so it is sure to be a roaring good time with lots of great networking opportunities to boot
