Wal-mart has become the latest, (some might say late), corporation to begin using micro-blogging site Twitter to broadcast messages. In the process, they have coined a new phrase as far as I can tell: Twitter External Discussion Policy. What is that, you say? Why, it is an approximately 3400 word “statement” of it’s corporate policies governing it’s use of Twitter.
You would not want your associates saying anything spontaneous now would you?
