We have not heard much else about the matter from STLtoday.com since the big Kurt Greenbaum comment scandal. It is almost as if they are hoping if they don’t say anything else about it, it will go away. Perhaps that is true. Perhaps it already has.
However, it seems to me that some new rules and moderation are quietly being implemented over at STLToday.com.
Take this image of a comment that has been moderated as exhibit A:
I am not the authority on the matter, but I don’t recall seeing that before.
Also, as best I can tell, these Stltoday.com Rules of the Road are new, or at least recently modified.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch and STLtoday.com want your participation in our blogs, forums and story comments. At the same time, we can’t have objectionable material on the site. Moderators of story comments, blog comments and forums have the right to edit, delete, move or close any comments at any time.
